Cilia2027 will be the seventh edition of the biennial European Cilia Conference, bringing together scientists, clinicians, and patient representatives to discuss the latest advances in cilia and flagella biology. The meeting continues a successful series initiated in London (2012), followed by Paris (2014), Amsterdam (2016), Copenhagen (2018), Cologne (2022), and Dublin (2024).
